      Pros

      Decent pay, rewarding job (tutoring high school students in the public school system.) , and very nice staff. Every time I needed to ask a question or clarify something, I received a quick and kind response from either calling or texting.

      Cons

      Nothing is set up until the Fall of the academic year. Difficult for planning.

      I found the company to be disorganized and not very responsive to emails when you need help. Their onboarding wasn't as clear as it should be.
