      Pros

      Good place to start right out of school, get your foot in the water by learning to sell products and combo those with your services

      Cons

      Hard to make service and product goals in some stores, not a lot of training classes that were promised before employment. Constantly being called into work or asked to stay late, mostly because my manager called in or was running late.

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
