hired as full time every little while they cut my hours cant make commision. THey always change your hours so u can not build a clientele. min wage is all u will make they want u to work only when it benefits them only. They dont want u to make commission because t hey have to pay u more u sell a lot of retail but if u don't make commission u dont get it so they really never pay any commission for ur sales on retail they push and push u to sell retail they hire people who want work and the ones that do have to work hours the new people want or cant its like ur being punchlist for trying to make it work at this place
