      Pros

      Great stylists; I had a great Team!! They were all experienced stylists and didn't need me breathing down their backs telling them how to do things. Everyone co-operated and there was no Drama...until...

      Cons

      We got a new District Manager without being told that our former DM was no longer with the company. Regis owns SS, and they wanted us to do things that would have worked great for a new RETAIL store, or FACTORY, but not for a salon. Too much Micro-management. Unbelievable.

      Lenient dress code, ample access to new clientele, video library to expand skills and product knowledge, PTO and benefits

      I loved working there. I loved my job. I loved meeting new people..

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
