      Pros

      This job was fun at first and gave me some experience in cutting hair. I made some good friends and got customer service experience.

      Cons

      This company is a joke. The base pay was minimum wage and it doesn't stay busy enough to have a chance at making commission or decent tips. I was promised a store manager position and then someone who didn't even work for the company before came in and took over and ran the store down horribly. They don't care about their employees at all.

      I loved working there. I loved my job. I loved meeting new people..

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
