Flexible schedule, my DL was one of the best people I've met, I could not have asked for a better district leader.
Cons
Corporate not including my Senior District Leader did not care about the welfare of the stylist the low pay and high threshold goals make it impossible to make for stylist to make fair living without sacrificing family. the company would be better if they would take care of their stylist the same way they expect stylist to take care of the customers. They are located inside of Walmart stores and offer 30% discount to Walmart employees, However, Walmart employees are paid at least $2.25 higher than the stylist that will get only 35% of the price of the service provided. This company has a extremely high turn over rate which should tell them they have alot of restructuring to do and if they were as SMART as their name they would start with the people on the front line.
