      Pros

      A good location to help build your skills, although the type of clients in wal mart probably wont follow you, if you were to leave. Clients not loyal either, its who is cheapest and most convienient bottom line.

      Cons

      Stylists are very low priority for management. We barely have what we need to do the job, and we are constantly pushed harder to obtain excessive sales goals that go straight to upper managements pockets not ours.

      Lenient dress code, ample access to new clientele, video library to expand skills and product knowledge, PTO and benefits

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
