My Salon Mgr. was GREAT, she taught me a lot and was very understanding and caring.
Cons
your job is threatened ALL the time for not reaching commission goals. It was impossible to make your commission at that salon because there were not enough. i was fired for not making commission when the regional manager found out i was pregnant when nobody else in the salon was making their commission either.. including the salon mgr. the area manager and regional manager would not return calls for days sometimes weeks. they dont care if you are short staffed and only one person working in the salon from open to close for months.
