Really there are none as far as I am concerned. I have seen a lot of shady things from this company over the years

Upper management doesn’t care. I am in a location with a HORRIBLE salon leader and they just look the other way after countless times of us making reports on her for some of the things she is doing. They pay literally NOTHING. They make it nearly impossible for you to hit your goals so you don’t get incentive points anymore. And now we have to supply all of our own appliances. Which if I’m being honest causes even MORE financial difficulty on employees that are ALREADY underpaid. They make it nearly impossible to hit commission. They don’t care about employees who have been with the company for an extended amount of time. I’m just sick of being unappreciated, and underpaid, and taken advantage of. If I could give them zero stars across the board I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
