      None, I wouldn’t say anything good

      Cons

      They don’t care about employees at all, I went from a corporate store and we got bought by the yellowhammer salon group. The district manager spews our lies every time she opens her mouth. I felt like I was being bullied at every encounter with upper management. My bonus went from $400/month to $9 a month. Not worth my time. Also hassle you outside of work to do work for free

      Lenient dress code, ample access to new clientele, video library to expand skills and product knowledge, PTO and benefits

      I loved working there. I loved my job. I loved meeting new people..

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
