      Pros

      As a stylist you get to engage with pretty awesome potential clients. At my location we were allowed the have services we specialized in and we charged what was fair and reasonable. Each stylist MASTERED a additional service on top of traditionalservices . I.E. Braider, Colorist, Micro Extensions ect....

      Cons

      Depending on the owner your salon might thrive or go down hill. Because certain locations are being sold to buyers with no history in the beauty industry. It makes the salon team a little weak. Location is everything, because future clients see the salon in Walmart they assume the prices are cheap. If you don't have any hustle and lack passion, it just won't work, you MUST WORK to make a decent pay check .

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
