      Your doing what you love to do!

      Cons

      Lossy pay, cheap guest, poor upper management, they only cater to one type of clientele. Even thought they state there versatile. You will never commission because there aren't enough guest that come there. Not sure if it's because it's in Walmart. With the location people think it's low end hair styling. They hire a lot of girls who can't cut.

      Lenient dress code, ample access to new clientele, video library to expand skills and product knowledge, PTO and benefits

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
