Pros
Easy to get the job, they aren't picky.
Cons
Unattainable goals set by corporate office. Honour competitors coupons (even expired ones). Located in Walmart (client quality isn't the best). You will never make your commission goal in certain demographics. Large focus on retail sales, but no reward bc you must first meet service goals (which are impossible). Management is required to also do hair which takes them away from the rest of their responsibilities. Insurance is anything but good or affordable. Overall hostile work environment. No future working for this company!
