It's already become suicide of a once great reputation of a good quality family salon Regis was great to work for. They governed using the principals of H.A.I.R. Cared about customer 1st and stylist 2nd. Private owners probably can't even reciete H.A.I.R. from memory opting to change Regis multi -decade wisdom with thier OWN newly conceived spin on business; which is basically money money money.. Money of which the stylists DO NOT SEE
