      Pros

      Great place to start a career, provides education, tools, back bar, and a built in clientele!! Upper management is wonderful and encourage stylist to shoot for the stars!! I've been with the company 8 years and I love my career!! The pay is decent, you start on a sliding commission scale and I personally make 17$ an hour as a full time stylist. And that doesn't even include tips!!

      Cons

      There are no real cons, you get out of it what you put into it.. If you wanna sit around and complain about how slow it is, it won't be a good experience. If you wanna get out there and be a success, they give you all the tools you need to do that..

      Lenient dress code, ample access to new clientele, video library to expand skills and product knowledge, PTO and benefits

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
