      My names Jessica, I've worked for SmartStyle for about 4 years now and I've stuck around because of the support of my team and a hardworking leader. The harder you work the more you earn and there's always room to move up in the company after putting in the time and effort. It's great especially for new stylists because you can always rely on walk in guests to keep you moving and learning. It's easy to build a strong and loyal clientele here!

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
