      Pros

      Good walk in area, able to preform various services, nice coworkers, client return is very high. Pay could be good

      Cons

      They want you to do so much for the amount you get paid. Sometimes some things are out of your control but it gets blamed on you. Most of the time your managers don't put in things to corporate that they are supposed to, so when you are supposed to get a raise you never do. Also no floor mats so standing for that long kiss your legs and back.

      I loved working there. I loved my job. I loved meeting new people..

      • Poor management and retaliation for raising concerns • Unauthorized schedule changes with no notice • Unfair NCE pressure and write-ups despite strong sales performance • Micromanagement from 400+ miles away with no understanding of local conditions • High turnover due to bad communication and bullying
