Training and education is sometimes offered ( if they can give uou the time off to attend, usually they are si understaffed it doesn't happen) Opportunity to move up Tools and product provided
Cons
You can only make up to 50% of what you actually earn them. That's the highest percentage. If you don't make at least 1500 in services your paid min wage. Many of the administrators are immature and only there to make themselves look good. They aren't around when you need help. Constantly understaffed because they cannot keep employees. No real support from the company. I'd never work for them again.
