Amazing technical team - the engineering and the analytics team is comprised of brilliant people trying to make things easier for sales team to sell the product. Very good use of existing technology and available resources Encouraging atmosphere

Sales team does not have a good idea of what the product actually does CEO doesn't recognize work of other individuals. Only top notch and long term employees matter most. CEO has control over the budget, which means individual teams cannot hire talent necessary for the growth of the company. Existing employees are being paid well below the average salary of their peers at other companies. Though it is a start-up company - at least in terms of the working hours, effort put in, the "fun" part is always missing. There are no company paid lunches, no team bonding activities once a month, no benefit packages/bonuses/profit sharing.
