Pros
Hard work is promoted and all of my managers were always willing to go the extra mile for me... trophies for top performers in the department, spiffs to make more money, End of month catered lunches, monthly bonuses for employees. mario kart Go kart themed events for top performers, I had the luxury of working for the best manager Ive ever had in my life!
Cons
Product is changing so fast (tech industry in general) that beneficial features used on a day to day basis by certain departments are sometimes removed to enable new features without warning. coming into the office early for a call and the client no shows!
