Pros

It is challenging environment. Most of the people who work here are wonderful! The company is in a convenient location.

Cons

Salaries are grossly below industry norms. The management either overly micromanages or is completely hands off offering no support. The company lacks true direction and a solid product.

Pros

The people were amazing, the culture was one of the best environments I've ever worked in and set my standard for future endeavors.

Cons

SmartZip Analytics was absorbed into the Constellation Real Estate Group in 2019. Its technology and services continue under Market Leader, but the company itself no longer operates as a standalone.
