Pros
I have worked at SmartZip for over 4 years and I have seen ups and downs in the company, yet it is still a fun place to work! It's a culture where you can joke around with everyone and have a good time as long as you get your work done! People complain about the salary as compared to other companies, but you get what you are getting paid for your work here. Most of the people here don't have to commute because it is not in the city or San Jose, that is worth tens of thousands of dollars per year in time and energy. As long as you are on top of your work, the schedule is incredibly flexible and you don't have to work long hours.
Cons
Executive leadership cut 35 jobs instead of themselves when the company was doing poorly, things can only change from the top.
