Pros

Young award winning startup with lots of great people to work with. Product is one of a kind in the industry right now. Excellent Compensation and Benefits Room for Advancement all the time. Excellent and responsible board making fair decisions for growth.

Cons

Growing Pains with UI platform and database. Sometimes late on launch dates that were announced prior. Patches of turnover in certain departments.

Pros

The people were amazing, the culture was one of the best environments I've ever worked in and set my standard for future endeavors.

Cons

SmartZip Analytics was absorbed into the Constellation Real Estate Group in 2019. Its technology and services continue under Market Leader, but the company itself no longer operates as a standalone.
