      Pros

      They have great products to serve a growing market. They can do well in spite of themselves. There are some talented people in many areas. They take product quality seriously.

      Cons

      Way to many strategy changes and senior leadership changes in recent history. Just when you think you understand the direction, it gets changed and its unclear why.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
