      Products are well-regarded. Many excellent employees. Memphis culture is generally cooperative, productive, and knowledgeable. International scope of company can be invigorating.

      Cons

      Company doesn't always make the most of opportunities to focus. As a result, energy, enthusiasm, and effectiveness can sometimes be dissipated by too many initiatives.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
