Pros
Great Pay Great Benefits Package Flexible Hours Vacation Time is almost never denied
Cons
Poor communication between shifts and management to shop floor. Front line managers and middle management seem to have an entirely different set of values/ goals. Talented employees are often overlooked and almost never utilized. Ongoing machining issues are addressed but never followed through to a complete resolution. Morale is terrible in the plant, makes for a very uncomfortable work environment.
