      Pros

      S&N has great products and a management team committed to seeing them succeed. The overall portfolio is strong and partnered with thought leaders in the medical industry. compensation was pretty reasonable.

      Cons

      Poor talent development. The marketing organization of which I was a part, lacked focus and an overall sense of team. There was a revolving door with the most talented individuals leaving first.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
