      Pros

      The people at Smith & Nephew were pleasant to work with; I had great opportunity for advancement; I was allowed to defvelop my skills on my own with personal projects that led to me eventually greatly advancing my career.

      Cons

      Even though there was good advancement opportunity, the process was a little slow. With manufacturing centers in other cities, I question the security of some positions based in Memphis.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
