- Pay - Products - If you live in the area, its close to where you live - Huge margins on products

Cons

- Terrible co-workers - No career development - No training - Huge margins on products (Can be a pro but this place makes so much $ and its structure and leadership just hemorrhage profits and morale) - Uneducated people - Incompetent managers - Excuses for inaccurate and untimely work - Departments working against each other - No one knows the company or products - Company culture - Worst technology and IT department I've ever seen
