Pros

Pay and products are good, good work-life balance

Cons

Culture is terrible, management is a joke, HR is no help when you need them, they’re worried about retaining employees yet do nothing to do so, too much drama and lack of professionalism, walking on eggshells, favoritism is huge here, also they have the worry’s unfair system of tracking numbers/credit for reps- it’s completely inaccurate and unfair.
