      - Incredibly innovative company - Exciting work life - Good company culture - Strong portfolio of products - Excellent training resources

      Cons

      Pay isn't very good as an ASR, but once you advance to a regular sales rep it will improve. Being in Trauma, you are always on call, so it is difficult to make big plans on your weekends.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
