As a sales manager, fine company has an excellent product offering and top surgeon thought leaders respected by the orthopedic community.

Cons

A revolving door of management, from middle to senior management creates a culture of distrust where many sales reps are afraid to invest fully for fear their jobs may be lost tomorrow. Each new management team wants to make their mark when often change using necessary.
