Complete boys club. Women who are far more talented and have better performance don’t get opportunities male counterparts do. Promote terrible managers rather than get rid of them Extremely low pay comparative to other companies Constant turnover in management Management has never “carried the bag” so don’t understand what reps actually do on a day to day
