      Pros

      Smith & Nephew is a company that makes peoples lives better because of the products they develop. Good benefits package, above average pay.

      Cons

      Minimal room for advancement, not enough levels in the hierarchy. Can become boring if you are used to a larger company with many opportunities. Staff is currently lean and overworked. People aren't able to do their best work because they are too busy responding to the current fire drills.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
