Pros
Across the UK AWM division there are some really great people, who are being let down by the quality and focus of the middle to senior management. Their focus is to hit a number, there concern is about their own future and their ethics are those of the jungle.
Cons
They claim to have a "plan", in reality they have a spreadsheet with numbers and come hell of high water they are going to hit the numbers!! The leadership claim to be "people" focused but then fail to address the underlying people issues that they have let build up over many years. The "drive" performance instead of "leading" performance. So if you are a self centered, egotistical, un-supportive, micro-manager who believes in driving people with no regard for their well being, you will do well in this organization. If you are not this type of person and are interviewed, ask them about the results from the "great place to work survey" and judge for yourself.
