Pros

In my location the managers on the floor didn't micro manage as long as quality parts and quotas were met. We were treated appropriately and had some freedom. Friendly staff.

Cons

Company would use any excuse to avoid paying out a decent quarterly bonus. For example if the company and section had all time high quotas and milestones reached but one person on staff got hurt in the quarter the bonus would severely be slashed. They do push politics on new hires when onboarding. Politics is hardly mention while on the shop floor. I am there to work and be nice to coworkers not to be pushed on upcoming ideologies.
