      Pros

      I've worked at S+N in Memphis, TN going on 17 years. I've been able to take advantage of the tuition reimbursement program and move around in my career. There's a great culture of building and growing your career within S+N. I started as a Sr. Machinist and had the opportunity to move around quite a bit.

      Cons

      Decisions on strategy & manufacturing improvements come from knee jerk reactions at time, or at least it seems that way. It would be advantageous to leverage the experience of the team that has 10+ years of experience to contribute to decision making.
