Pros

Large company with good benefits. Company culture is great at large. Competitive products Managers were top notch and awesome people

Cons

The ability to move up into sales roles higher than full commission rep is limited by tenured employees currently filling those roles. Typically promoted when someone above you leaves thus forcing mid-tenured employees to seek a promotion with other companies. Trauma sales comes with high turnover and combined with the low pay for associates it creates the perfect storm for burn out. New product launches are slower than competitors which creates a feeling that the company is falling behind. Can create a more difficult sales conversation with customers.

Pros

Cons

Like any rewarding role, being a Service Coordinator comes with challenges. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Working with customers and various S&N teams around the world often involves navigating different time zones, balancing urgent requests, and coordinating across multiple departments. These experiences create valuable opportunities for personal growth, collaboration, and professional development while contributing to exceptional customer service and business success.
