There schedules are very flexible and they are lenient to give you time off if you are an intern. The people that you work with are awesome, very good people.

Cons

No growth opportunities, family-owned business so a lot of politics and favoritism. Management rarely talks or even looks your way.

Laid Back Kind People Random Holidays Observed ( Good Friday, Presidents Day) Interesting Industry

Cons

Pay - annual raises are bare minimum, don't even match the rate of inflation High turnover Benefits (PTO) - After 5 years, you gain 1 additional week of vacation No WFO opportunities NO Growth Outdated (Still relies on piles of paper, no recycling, have to CLOCK in and OUT everyday even if you are SALARY! Just now beginning to remodel old office spaces and provide better computers HR doesn't take your concerns seriously because we are all a "family" and should just talk things out with management
