Pros

Company culture allows one to sink or swim quickly. It is extremely loyal to those who are loyal to it. Plenty of opportunities to advance and make this place your work home/career. Great people, great opportunities and a great place to be. Stable and without large corporate complications. Family owned and one feels a part of the life blood of the company IF one chooses to embrace the opportunity. Have never looked back on my choice for career and livelihood for my family.

Cons

The biggest Con I have noticed is the attitude of those who are not committed to success. The loyalty the Company offers is sometimes taken advantage of by naysayers and people not committed to the belief in the Company. These naysayers decide it is better to try to complain and bring people down to their levels in lieu of pushing through and accomplishing what is needed. Every company has cons, but here it feels like one can actually change or advance ideas and have a direct say in resolutions. Nevertheless, one needs to embrace the career or get out of the way of those who do.

Pros

Laid Back Kind People Random Holidays Observed ( Good Friday, Presidents Day) Interesting Industry

Cons

Pay - annual raises are bare minimum, don't even match the rate of inflation High turnover Benefits (PTO) - After 5 years, you gain 1 additional week of vacation No WFO opportunities NO Growth Outdated (Still relies on piles of paper, no recycling, have to CLOCK in and OUT everyday even if you are SALARY! Just now beginning to remodel old office spaces and provide better computers HR doesn't take your concerns seriously because we are all a "family" and should just talk things out with management
