This is an average company that wants to be great but doesn't know that employees are their most valuable asset. There is certainly worse places and there is opportunity for advancement but don't expect to get compensated for your new position. Having said that get the experience and find an employer that will compensate you. They will charge you for a tshirt for corporate challenge,do you need to know anything else. They created a slogan of "above all others" but if you surveyed the employees you would discover they created an empty slogan that doesn't relate to practices and is really marketing driven. - Procurement Smith & Loveless Employee Review

Pros

Great employees and opportunity for advancement to further your career after you leave. 40 hour work week

Cons

They will treat you as though you can be replaced because the truth is you can be as far as they're concerned. Benefits are average.

Pros

Laid Back Kind People Random Holidays Observed ( Good Friday, Presidents Day) Interesting Industry

Cons

Pay - annual raises are bare minimum, don't even match the rate of inflation High turnover Benefits (PTO) - After 5 years, you gain 1 additional week of vacation No WFO opportunities NO Growth Outdated (Still relies on piles of paper, no recycling, have to CLOCK in and OUT everyday even if you are SALARY! Just now beginning to remodel old office spaces and provide better computers HR doesn't take your concerns seriously because we are all a "family" and should just talk things out with management
