This is an average company that wants to be great but doesn't know that employees are their most valuable asset. There is certainly worse places and there is opportunity for advancement but don't expect to get compensated for your new position. Having said that get the experience and find an employer that will compensate you. They will charge you for a tshirt for corporate challenge,do you need to know anything else. Just now beginning to remodel old office spaces and provide better computers HR doesn't take your concerns seriously because we are all a "family" and should just talk things out with management
