- Small Company so every person's responsibility and role within the company matters. So good or bad, work and value produced is easily noticed. If you care about your work you will be very successful. If quality work each day isn't really a priority for you, then this may not be the company you're looking for.

Laid Back Kind People Random Holidays Observed ( Good Friday, Presidents Day) Interesting Industry

Cons

Pay - annual raises are bare minimum, don't even match the rate of inflation High turnover Benefits (PTO) - After 5 years, you gain 1 additional week of vacation No WFO opportunities NO Growth Outdated (Still relies on piles of paper, no recycling, have to CLOCK in and OUT everyday even if you are SALARY! Just now beginning to remodel old office spaces and provide better computers HR doesn't take your concerns seriously because we are all a "family" and should just talk things out with management
