You encounter some really great people

I worked full time at Smith & Loveless they micro manage everything there is no growth and opportunities no move up or around its a family owned company that means only thier family have room for advancement I never had a review or a rise they over work you and under pay you the president and his wife and sister in-law are on a very high pedestal they do not speak if you are not in an executive position they have a very high turn over rate 54 people left in the year I was there I would never refer anyone here bad company to work for not to mention anyone can enter the building at all time no key cards no badge's no security system.

Laid Back Kind People Random Holidays Observed ( Good Friday, Presidents Day) Interesting Industry

Pay - annual raises are bare minimum, don't even match the rate of inflation High turnover Benefits (PTO) - After 5 years, you gain 1 additional week of vacation No WFO opportunities NO Growth Outdated (Still relies on piles of paper, no recycling, have to CLOCK in and OUT everyday even if you are SALARY! Just now beginning to remodel old office spaces and provide better computers HR doesn't take your concerns seriously because we are all a "family" and should just talk things out with management
