I think there are some pros and cons to working here. The people are great. The atmosphere is pretty great also.

Cons

The cons I would say would be the production isn't well together here. It is slow on the technical side. Still using paper sheets. They copy everything instead of keeping things online.

Laid Back Kind People Random Holidays Observed ( Good Friday, Presidents Day) Interesting Industry

Cons

Pay - annual raises are bare minimum, don't even match the rate of inflation High turnover Benefits (PTO) - After 5 years, you gain 1 additional week of vacation No WFO opportunities NO Growth Outdated (Still relies on piles of paper, no recycling, have to CLOCK in and OUT everyday even if you are SALARY! Just now beginning to remodel old office spaces and provide better computers HR doesn't take your concerns seriously because we are all a "family" and should just talk things out with management
