Great experience with mechanical design. Gained skills in GD&T. Perfected 3D modeling skills with AutoDesk. Understand both manufacturing and R&D.

Cons

Pay was not great. Work was not overly challenging or rewarding. Limited room for growth

Laid Back Kind People Random Holidays Observed ( Good Friday, Presidents Day) Interesting Industry

Cons

Pay - annual raises are bare minimum, don't even match the rate of inflation High turnover Benefits (PTO) - After 5 years, you gain 1 additional week of vacation No WFO opportunities NO Growth Outdated (Still relies on piles of paper, no recycling, have to CLOCK in and OUT everyday even if you are SALARY! Just now beginning to remodel old office spaces and provide better computers HR doesn't take your concerns seriously because we are all a "family" and should just talk things out with management
