Pros

Most of the people you work with are good people. I really need to find 20 words for Pros? Inconceivable!

Cons

Management is terrible, and they have created an environment that is chaotic and has extremely low morale. Most of the department heads are rude or downright condescending. You may hear in interviews or job postings that the company is "family friendly", but that only applies if you are family or a close friend to the family. Departments are pitted against each other to compete for sales, which does not benefit anyone. Pay and benefits are low, and don't look to make up that difference in raises or promotions down the road. Raises are capped at 2.5%, so you lose money the longer you work here. Most "promotions" are classified as lateral moves, so you likely will not receive much of an increase in pay. Facilities are run down in areas and in desperate need of a remodel. Turnover of personnel in several departments is 100% or more in the past couple of years. A lot of people are only working here for experience or until something else opens up. Do not work here unless you absolutely do not have any other option.

Pros

Laid Back Kind People Random Holidays Observed ( Good Friday, Presidents Day) Interesting Industry

Cons

Pay - annual raises are bare minimum, don't even match the rate of inflation High turnover Benefits (PTO) - After 5 years, you gain 1 additional week of vacation No WFO opportunities NO Growth Outdated (Still relies on piles of paper, no recycling, have to CLOCK in and OUT everyday even if you are SALARY! Just now beginning to remodel old office spaces and provide better computers HR doesn't take your concerns seriously because we are all a "family" and should just talk things out with management
