Pros
Alternate Fridays off from March to December (but you have to make up for the hours).
Cons
Want people to know about the internal politics and REALITY of working in this place 1. If you are looking for a long-term career, this is not the place unless you know how to be in good books with upper management. 2. Within 2 years, 8 out of 20 employees from a team either left or got laid off. Upper management needs to consider the fact that employees are not always at fault but a principal can be. 3. There has been a lot of favoritism between the internal team and principles. And it's too obvious. Due to this a lot of talented employees leave the firm within 1-2 years. 4. There are not a lot of opportunities for growth. 5. The management does NOT care about their employees who have dedicated half their lives to the firm and as a result very skilled and experienced people get laid off by less experienced leaders. 6. Over worked, under paid.
