Pros
Work life balance, good reputation. Even keeled work environment-no prima donnas. Great reputation in the nation. Award winning work. Relatively good benefits package, and special 8 1/2 hour work day provides 15 Fridays off per year in addition to paid time off.
Cons
Lack of well articulated mission and vision with an action plan conveyed to management level teams in order to make progress. Lack of project management fee tracking with an integrated staffing allocation aspect in order to maintain real time project profit success. Reduced profits make bonuses negligable, and not reflective of efforts of hard working staff that should be rewarded- equates to lost key employees, impacting client experience.
