In the last quarter of 2017, we hired a new Director of Training and our team spent the end of the year completely revamping our training program for Estimators and Customer Success Specialists. We have already received excellent feedback on the tools provided to our new hires, and success on these respective teams is measurable and clear from the get-go. We have also created post-training development teams, whose goal is to give our new hires all the support they need to succeed at Snapsheet once they complete the development period and join their respective teams. Snapsheet has also implemented employee engagement and experience surveys, wherein we gather information about what our employees love about the company, and where Snapsheet has opportunities to improve. By consistently seeking feedback and measuring improvement once change has been made, we expect to enhance the employee experience and catch concerns early-on. We believe that these changes will address the majority of the concerns in your review.
