Pros
When I was initially hired the company had a good vibe, satisfactory policies, good communication, and an overall positive environment. I spent almost two years here and by the end of my employment I was emotionally ruined.
Cons
They do not care about their employees; they implement arbitrary policies and treat their employees like they mean nothing to the company. They lose tons of great talent because all they care about is generating paper trails and running up numbers so that they can present inflated data to potential clients.
